Sometimes following our hunches, yearnings or desires create waves.
Sometimes it doesn't always feel like a "heck yes" to be vulnerable or have a difficult conversation.
But in the long run - it’s a "heck yes" for me to live aligned with my values even if it causes uncomfortable growing pains in the short term.
Even when it means following my nonsensical yearnings.
Because who knows where those yearnings might lead us?
I believe they lead us to a more embodied and rich life.
A life where we are living our purpose in an authentic and dynamic way.
